Ours is not just a “chalk and talk” company. Practical sessions are undertaken in: a building site environment, a working garage and workshop, a salon and kitchen. Students will also learn about team work, improve their organisational skills, develop an understanding of planning and enhance their interpersonal skills. The aim of the programmes are keep the students engaged,
to allow them to learn whilst taking part in practical sessions, to gain an understanding and experience of a range of vocational skills whilst developing and improving not only their knowledge but their personal and social skills, behaviour and the importance of an education, with a view to reintegrate the student back into mainstream school or further education, training program or aprenticeship.
